Having produced over 90 videos for Computer Lab Solutions, we found the need for a teleprompter system when recording live talent. After exploring the options, we realized that the iPad could double for a very portable and handy teleprompter. A quick look in the app store told us that there were some choices for teleprompter apps, but they were either quite expensive or lacked important features. We set out to develop our own.
